Dreamer Space operates through structured systems covering educator training, safeguarding awareness, quality assurance, and partnership coordination.

Associate Professor at UCL's Institute of Education, Dr Kambouri specialises in the use of technology in education, curriculum and pedagogy, and adult learning. With over 20 years of experience directing research projects for the UK Department for Education and leading institutions, she brings rigorous academic insight to Dreamer Space's educational frameworks.

An educator and consultant with 30 years of experience across primary education, curriculum development, and school leadership. Jasen holds an MSc in Learning and Teaching from Oxford University, is a member of the Oxford REAL linguistics research team, and has partnered with the Tongan Ministry of Education on a World Bank-funded curriculum project.

A UCL alumnus with a passion for transforming lives through education, Andy founded Dreamer Space to bridge the distance between ambitious learners and the world's finest academic institutions. He is the initiator behind every programme Dreamer Space offers — each one shaped by his belief that international education should be purposeful, structured, and genuinely life-changing.

Marc serves as academic manager for Dreamer Space's Cambridge operations, playing a central role in bridging the gap between academic institutions and our students. Based in Cambridge, he draws on his deep familiarity with the UK's higher education landscape to design and oversee academic support programmes that help students thrive in British educational environments.

A founding pillar of Dreamer Space, Franco brings entrepreneurial vision and deep market insight to shape the organisation's strategic direction and long-term growth across international education markets.

Co-founder with a strong background in regional market development, Roby has been instrumental in establishing Dreamer Space's presence and building trusted partnerships across key education markets.

A co-founder who combines a passion for education with sharp business acumen, Sue drives the content and communications strategy that defines how Dreamer Space tells its story to the world.

Leading Dreamer Space's technology strategy and digital infrastructure, Mikel builds the platforms and tools that power our educational programmes and connect students with opportunities worldwide.

Identifying and cultivating new growth opportunities for Dreamer Space, building relationships with schools, institutions, and partners to expand our reach and deepen our impact in international education.

Fran leads Dreamer Space's foreign teacher initiatives, overseeing the development of online courses, the recruitment of qualified international educators, and the delivery of teacher training programmes.

Alex is responsible for curriculum development at Dreamer Space, with a focus on designing and refining the academic content for UK summer camp programmes. He works to ensure that every programme offers a structured, enriching experience

A doctoral researcher at the University of Oxford, Viona leads Dreamer Space's academic research initiatives and all Oxford-based programmes. Drawing on her deep connections within the Oxford academic community, she designs research-oriented experiences .
